Weekend at Dallas Farmers Market with Mika

A few weekends ago, the weather was perfect, so Brian and I took Mika to the Dallas Farmers Market! We walked through the plant nursery and explored all of the fresh produce at the market. Walking through the market made me realize how much we prioritize the ingredients we put in our bodies. We feed ourselves well to maintain our health, and it's no different when it comes to Mika's diet.

Eating Clean and Staying Healthy: Mika Edition

Let's talk about MIKA! I'm sure by now you're all familiar with this beautiful face! I remember when Brian and I got Mika 3 years ago. We were like new parents wanting to do everything right!
