Spring Training With Zappos x The North Face

I've teamed up with my friends at Zappos to try out The North Face line for my spring training!

Hello spring and beautiful weather! It's finally warm enough to run outside, and I've been doing just that with some new athletic clothes from The North Face

I've always loved how fast Zappos ships out their items! They also ship free and give you 365 days to return any items you don't like! And the fact that they have such a large range of styles with amazing customer service makes it the perfect place to shop for someone with a busy and active lifestyle.

As I mentioned before, I'm head-to-toe in The North Face gear that I ordered from Zappos.com! And I LOVED how comfortable everything was. Plus, everything had such a flattering fit that I felt really good in my gear! The Perfect Core High-Rise Tights give your core extra support, so you feel put-together and secure, whether it's yoga, running, or lifting.

The Versitas Fearless Reversible Bra feels great too, and the Afterburn Tank Top in Bristol Blue Heather is the perfect top to show off the cute racerback! The top is also light and airy!

The Ultra Cardiac II trail-running shoes are also very breathable and give great support! Let's be honest, this photoshoot involved lots of jumping, multiple times. I felt like I landed so softly every time! Despite landing my knee into a rock that one outtake.... But anyway.

Fans of Lucy can also rejoice because now that Lucy has joined The North Face, you’ll find their fit expertise and favorite styles under The North Face brand!

Wedding Planning Update

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of WeddingWire. The opinions and text are all mine.

Well, it's been a good 5 months since I first posted about my wedding planning progress! A LOT has happened since then... some of it was "spur of the moment decisions" that we originally didn't put too much thought into, like a hotel block for out-of-town guests or a wedding videographer.

Deciding on a hotel block was a process, and I definitely used WeddingWire's forums to see how to go about it. It seems like so many people prefer staying somewhere they have points for, but in the end it seemed like a nice gesture for our guests! Finding an actual hotel was so easy thanks to WeddingWire's Hotel Blocks feature! The search engine made it super easy to find and compare available hotels in the area, narrowing it down to searches by number of rooms, hotel star ratings, pricing, and proximity to our venue. We made the decision within a couple of days!

I've also been utilizing WeddingWire's checklist to keep us on track:

It looks like I'm overdue on some suggested dates but ahead on others! I definitely use this as a guideline for the bigger things like booking a honeymoon (which we JUST did - a European cruise)!!

Since my last update, we've also booked a DJ, sent out Save the Dates, hired a wonderful officiant, and picked out bridesmaids dresses! I actually designed our Save the Dates as a postcard in Photoshop and had a local company print them:

Everyone is telling me to enjoy the process, but I honestly don't like a single thing about it. It's easy because we know exactly what we like and don't like, but it definitely feels like we're just chugging through and checking things off a list. Thank you again to WeddingWire for keeping me sane!
